OSRS Account Automation Platform Guide for Teams
Manage accounts, connected agents, supported clients, automation workflows, webmail, and operational visibility through one OSRS automation platform.
What an OSRS automation platform manages
Kovex brings account records, connected agents, supported client launches, automation rules, proxy management, webmail, tracking, and live account information into one dashboard. Accounts remain organized as profiles, while agents connect Windows or Linux machines to the controls available for your plan.
This structure separates account management from machine capacity. You can maintain account records centrally, then use connected agents to launch and control supported clients. Read the setup documentation at /docs and compare plan access at /pricing before configuring a larger operation.
Connect agents and supported clients
On Windows, open Agent Setup, download Kovex.exe, and paste the agent key when prompted. The key is shown once, so complete the connection carefully. Kovex also provides a Linux agent. Follow the current platform instructions in /docs when preparing either operating system.
Supported clients are RuneLite, DreamBot, TRiBot, InuBot, EpicBot, Detuks, and TwiLite. New profiles default to TwiLite. Windows supports the complete client list, while Linux supports RuneLite and DreamBot. The client guide at /guides/runelite-twilite-dreambot-with-kovex explains the available setup paths.
Organize Legacy and Jagex accounts
Kovex supports Legacy accounts that use an email and password, along with Jagex Accounts. Existing credentials can be imported as email:password. When a time-based one-time password is available, use the email:password:totp format.
Account management, hosted webmail, launch control, and the tracker are available on Free with one concurrent agent. Standard and Premium add account creation workflows. See /guides/osrs-account-creation-and-hosted-webmail for supported email options and creation limits.
Build repeatable automation workflows
Kovex automations begin with a source category. A rule progresses accounts through configured stages and places completed accounts in a completion category. This provides a clear operating model for workflows such as Tutorial Island progression without relying on manual account-by-account movement.
Maximum concurrent automation is set per agent. A limit of 12 on two connected agents provides capacity for 24 concurrent accounts. Review /guides/multi-agent-osrs-farm-management and /guides/osrs-automation-rules-tutorial-island before choosing agent limits and rule stages.
Track activity and choose a plan
The tracker provides account visibility, while the live feed adds current operational detail for Standard and Premium. Available data includes running accounts, levels, quest points, GP, and screenshots. The /live page is limited to your own bots.
Free includes one agent and core account tools. Standard includes two agents, 50 creations per day, automations, proxies, and live feed access. Premium adds unlimited agents, unlimited creation, Smart Restock, and priority support. Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans are available. Sign in with Discord at /auth/login to continue.
