Privacy Policy

Kovex (“Kovex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Kovex LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Kovex website, dashboard, agent software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide, information from your connected services, and information generated when you use Kovex.

• Account & identity. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. We do not receive your Discord password.
• Game account data. Credentials and related details you choose to store (such as emails, passwords, authenticator secrets, and character information). Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Agent & device data. Connection status, agent version, machine identifiers you authorize, client launch metadata, and paths you configure for game clients on your machines.
• Telemetry. Operational and in-game status reported by the Kovex agent for accounts you manage (for example, online status, progress indicators, and session activity).
• Proxies & configuration. Proxy configurations and dashboard preferences you save.
• Payments. Invoice and transaction records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency payments may include wallet addresses and transaction identifiers.
• Communications. Messages you send through support, appeals, or email features we provide.
• Security & usage logs. Limited request and security logs used to protect the Service.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Launch and manage game clients on agents you connect.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send service-related notices (for example, billing confirmations or security alerts).
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Provide customer support and respond to appeals.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure service, with your consent where required, and to comply with law.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest (AES-256-GCM) and encrypted transport (TLS) for dashboard and agent connections. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account, two-factor authentication, and agent access on devices you control.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers. Payment processors (including Stripe), infrastructure providers, and similar vendors under appropriate agreements.
• Discord. Authentication and bot interactions are subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Kovex, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Hosted verification email content is retained only as long as needed for verification and is purged on a short schedule.
• Security logs are retained for a limited period for abuse prevention.
• Payment records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
• Telemetry is retained while your account is active; historical snapshots may be pruned periodically.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may request account deletion and associated data removal through Support or by emailing legal@kovex.gg.

When we delete an account, stored credentials, profiles, proxies, and telemetry associated with that account are removed, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data to advertisers.

The Service is for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact legal@kovex.gg and we will take appropriate steps.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection rules than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
