Kovex overview
What Kovex does, how the dashboard and agents fit together, and the order operators work in.
How the system fits together
Kovex has two halves. The dashboard is the web app you are signed into now, and the agent is a small application you install on machines you own. The dashboard stores your accounts and settings; the agent does the local work of launching and watching clients.
- Dashboard
- Stores account profiles, categories, proxies, schedules, and rules. Nothing runs here.
- Agent
- Runs on your own Windows or Linux machine, starts clients, and reports telemetry back.
- Account profile
- One saved account with its credentials, client choice, proxy, and launch settings.
Main workspaces
The dashboard is organized by task. These are the areas this manual refers to.
| Workspace | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Overview | Setup progress, connected machines, and a summary of what is running. |
| Accounts | Profiles, import and export, categories, proxies, checker, appeals, automations, and queues. |
| Live | Preview and telemetry for every client currently running. |
| Webmail | The inbox for Kovex hosted addresses used during account creation. |
| Downloads | Agent installers, file hashes, and the list of machines linked to your account. |
The operator loop
Most work follows the same four movements, whether you run five accounts or five hundred.
- OrganizeAdd accounts, group them into categories, and attach proxies so defaults are consistent.
- ConnectInstall the agent on each machine you want to use and confirm it shows as online.
- RunStart accounts on a chosen machine, then watch progress in the live feed.
- MaintainValidate logins, appeal bans, refill pools, and let rules handle repeat steps.
