How capabilities differ between plans, the free trial, payment methods and states, cancellation, and refunds.

The capability model
Kovex is one product with capability tiers rather than separate editions. Signing in gives you the dashboard, the agent, launching, proxies, and live telemetry. Paid plans raise limits and unlock the heavier automation.
- How many machines you can connect at once.
- How much bulk account creation you can run.
- Which automation and appeal features are available, and support priority.
Free trial
Accounts that have never subscribed can start a one-time trial from the pricing page. It needs no card and ends by itself.
Payment methods
The checkout shows the methods currently accepted for your plan choice.
- Card payments can be one-time or an automatically renewing subscription.
- Cryptocurrency invoices show an address, an amount, and an expiry.
- In-game currency payments are handled as a staffed request.
Payment states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The invoice is open and waiting for payment. |
| Confirming | A transaction was detected and is waiting for network confirmation. |
| Paid | Payment completed and access is active. |
| Underpaid | Less than the invoice amount arrived. Contact Support with the invoice. |
| Expired | The invoice window closed. Start a new checkout. |
Subscription state
Your current state is shown at the top of the pricing page whenever a plan is active. Automatic renewal applies only when you bought a recurring card subscription.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Recurring subscription | A card subscription that renews automatically on the date shown. |
| One-time term | Paid access that runs until the date shown and then stops. Nothing renews by itself. |
| Lifetime | Access that does not expire and is never billed again. |
| Trial | Trial access until the date shown. |
| Ending | A recurring subscription you cancelled. Access continues to the end of the paid period, then stops. |
| Payment failed | A renewal was declined. Update the payment method to keep access. |
Cancel a subscription
- Cancel from the pricing pageChoose cancel and confirm. Nothing is charged again after that.
- Keep using it until the period endsAccess stays until the end of the period you already paid for, then the plan simply does not renew.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and how the plan was used.
- Read the refund policy before you request one, especially for cryptocurrency payments.
- Open a billing request through Support and include the invoice reference.
