Request categories
Where to find itkovex.gg / Support
| Category | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Appeal or ban review | A Kovex dashboard or community restriction you believe is wrong. |
| Billing | Payments, invoices, renewals, and refund questions. |
| Technical support | Agents, launches, proxies, mail, or anything that stopped working. |
| Bug report | Reproducible incorrect behavior, with the steps you took. |
| General enquiry | Anything that does not fit the categories above. |
Your private case link
Submitting a request returns a private link to that case. You do not need an account to use it, and it is how you read replies and add details.
Replies and status
Each case carries a state so you know whether it is waiting on you or on us.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending verification | The request was received and is being validated. |
| Open | In the queue for a staff reply. |
| Awaiting staff | Your reply was recorded and the support team has it next. |
| Awaiting your reply | Staff answered and need something from you. |
| Resolved | An answer was given. Replies are closed on a resolved case, so open a new request if you still need help. |
| Closed | The case is finished. Open a new request for anything further. |
Dashboard restrictions
A restriction on your Kovex access is different from a game ban, and it is reviewed by people rather than automation.
- Use the appeal category and explain what you were doing.
- Game bans are appealed through Ban appeals instead.
Service status
Before you open a technical case, check whether the platform itself is degraded.
- Status reports current availability.
- If an incident is listed, wait for it to clear before re-testing your own setup.
Legal and privacy requests
Some requests need a documented route rather than the support queue.
- Privacy and data requests follow the privacy policy.
- Terms questions are answered in the terms of service.
- Refund terms are published in the refund policy.
