Frequent questions
- Do I need to keep my computer on?
- Yes. The agent runs on your machine and does the work, so clients stop when that machine sleeps or shuts down.
- Can I use more than one computer?
- Yes. Install the agent on each machine and sign in with the same Discord account. Your plan sets how many can be connected at once.
- Where are my credentials stored?
- Encrypted on the Kovex server. They are released only for work you ask for: agent jobs on your own machines, and reveal or export requests you make yourself while signed in.
- Why can I not start an account?
- Usually no machine is online, or the account has no stored credentials. The Start control says which one applies.
- Which clients can I choose?
- Whatever the picker offers for that account. Availability depends on the machine and its operating system.
- Does a proxy fall back to my own connection?
- No. If a proxy is required and unavailable, the action fails clearly instead of using your own address.
- How do I get help with a specific failure?
- Start with Troubleshooting, then open a request through Support with what you saw.
