Appeal permanent bans through a browser-enabled machine, manage a reason pool, and read appeal limits.

Eligibility
Browser-enabled machine
Appeals are submitted through a real browser on your own machine, so that machine needs browser automation switched on. Appeal jobs run one at a time.
- Enable browser automationIn the agent settings on that machine, switch browser automation on.
- Confirm in the dashboardThe appeals panel shows how many browser-enabled machines are ready.
Reason pool
The reason pool holds the messages Kovex can submit. One entry is chosen at random per account unless you override it for a run.
- Each entry pairs a reason type with the message text.
- Add your own wording, or restore the built-in defaults.
- Keep at least one reason in the pool, otherwise runs cannot start.
Manual runs
- Choose targetsTarget a whole category, or select individual accounts.
- Optionally fix the reasonLeave it on random for variety, or set one message for the entire run.
- Submit and watchResults arrive per account, with a reference number when the submission was accepted.
Schedules
A schedule sweeps a category on a daily or weekly rhythm, using the machine time zone, so newly banned accounts are appealed without you watching.
Appeal limits
The game allows a limited number of appeals per offence, so Kovex tracks what each account has already used and refuses to waste attempts.

| Appealed | An appeal was submitted and accepted. |
| Appeals used up | No attempts remain for this offence. |
| Not appealable | The offence cannot be appealed through this route. |
Result states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | The appeal was accepted and a reference number was returned. |
| Already appealed | An appeal for this offence already exists, so nothing was sent. |
| Not appealable | The account state does not allow an appeal. |
| Not banned | The account is not banned, so no appeal was needed. |
| Failed | The submission did not complete. Check the machine and try again later. |
