Eligibility
Enable a machine
Checking is a capability you turn on inside the agent, not in the dashboard. The checker panel tells you how many connected machines currently have it enabled.
- Open the agent settingsOn the machine you want to use, switch on account checking.
- Confirm in the dashboardThe enabled machine count rises and the checker panel stops warning you.
Run a check now
- Choose a categoryPick one category, uncategorized, or all. The panel shows how many accounts are checkable right now.
- Queue the runWork is distributed across the enabled machines and reported as a queue.
- Read the resultsStatuses land on the account rows and in recent results as each account finishes.
Schedules
A schedule repeats a check without you being present, which is how most operators keep a large library current.
- Choose daily or weekly, with a day and time in the machine time zone.
- Scope each schedule to one category so runs stay predictable.
- Schedules can be enabled, disabled, edited, or deleted at any time.
Advanced run settings
Defaults suit most libraries. Change these only when you have a reason.
- Machine
- Automatic selection, or one specific enabled machine.
- Workers
- How many logins are attempted in parallel. Your plan sets the ceiling.
- World
- Which world the validation attempts use.
- Timeout
- How long a single attempt may take before it is recorded as a timeout.
Checker queues
Large runs are queued so nothing is lost if a machine is busy.
- The panel shows active, queued, and historical batches.
- Cancel an active batch when you need the machine for something else.
- Clear the queue to discard queued work that is no longer relevant.
What each result means
A result describes the login attempt, not a permanent verdict on the account. Re-check anything that failed for a transient reason.
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Valid | The credentials worked. A free-to-play account is confirmed the same way. |
| Invalid | The login was rejected. The stored email or password is wrong or was changed. |
| No session | A Jagex account has no stored session, so the credential login was refused. Re-authenticate the profile, then re-check. |
| Locked | The account is locked and needs recovery with Jagex before Kovex can use it. |
| Banned | The login reported a ban. See Ban appeals. |
| Two-factor required | The account expects an authenticator code that is not stored. Add the secret to the profile. |
| Already online | The account was already logged in, so the check could not finish. Stop the client, then re-check. |
| Rate limited or world full | The service refused the attempt for now. Re-check later. |
| Game updated | The game changed on the service side. Wait for the agent to update, then re-check. |
| Proxy error or timeout | The route failed rather than the account. Test the proxy, then re-check only those accounts. |
| Protocol or config error | The machine could not complete the exchange. Update the agent, and contact Support if it keeps happening. |
| Error or unknown | The attempt failed without a specific reason. Re-check once, then contact Support with the account name. |
