Refund Policy
How Kovex LLC handles refunds for card and cryptocurrency payments, including Litecoin and Bitcoin.
Last updated August 4, 2026
1.Overview
This Refund Policy explains when Kovex LLC (“Kovex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for purchases on Kovex, including premium plans, marketplace / store purchases, and related paid features. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Cryptocurrency (including Litecoin / LTC and Bitcoin / BTC) payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We do not offer crypto refunds as a standard policy.
2.Cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, and similar)
Payments made with cryptocurrency or other irreversible on-chain methods are final once the payment is confirmed. That includes Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin (BTC), and any similar method we list at checkout.
- Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by Kovex after confirmation.
- Network fees, exchange-rate changes, and under/over-payment are not refundable.
- Sending crypto to the wrong address, with the wrong asset, or after an invoice expires is your responsibility.
- Completed crypto purchases for premium access, marketplace orders, or store entitlements are not refundable because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, or prefer a different payment method.
If you believe a crypto charge was applied in error (for example, you paid a Kovex invoice but never received the matching entitlement, or you were charged twice for the same invoice), contact Support promptly and include:
- Your Kovex / Discord username
- Invoice or order ID
- Payment method (LTC, BTC, etc.)
- Transaction ID (txid) and sending address
- Approximate time and amount paid
Error review is limited and discretionary. A support review is not a promise of a refund. Where a goodwill adjustment is approved, we may credit Kovex account value or another method we choose; we are not obligated to return LTC/BTC on-chain.
3.Card payments (Stripe)
Card refunds, if any, are considered case-by-case and may be limited when Service features have already been used. Contact Support promptly if you believe a card charge was made in error. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Support may result in account suspension.
4.What this covers
- Kovex premium / plan purchases
- Kovex Client or related entitlement purchases billed by Kovex
- Marketplace and store purchases where Kovex is the merchant of record
- Other paid features shown at Kovex checkout
Third-party processors, Discord, game platforms, and wallet providers have their own terms. Kovex is not responsible for refunds those parties refuse or delay.
5.Generally non-refundable
- Confirmed cryptocurrency payments (including LTC and BTC)
- Fees already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by Kovex
- Purchases after you have used paid features for the corresponding period
- Losses from account bans, game updates, script behavior, or third-party downtime (see Terms and Client EULA)
6.How to request a review
- Open a ticket through Support or email support@kovex.gg.
- Use subject line: Refund review — [invoice or order ID].
- Include the payment details listed above (especially txid for LTC/BTC).
- Do not send additional crypto while a review is open unless Support asks you to.
We aim to respond to billing tickets as quickly as practical. Incomplete tickets (missing txid or order ID) may be delayed or closed.
