OSRS Proxy Setup and Live Telemetry Management Guide

Manage supported proxy protocols and review live information for your own running OSRS accounts from Kovex.

Choose a supported proxy protocol

Kovex supports SOCKS5, SOCKS4, HTTP, and HTTPS proxies. Select the protocol that matches the proxy service you already use and enter the corresponding connection details through Kovex proxy management.

Proxy management is included with Standard and Premium. It is not part of the Free feature set. Review /pricing when deciding whether proxy controls, automation, and live feed access are required for your operation.

Keep proxy planning account focused

Treat proxy configuration as part of the account operating plan. Record the correct protocol and connection information, then keep the account profile and selected client aligned with the agent that will run it.

Kovex does not replace the need to choose a suitable proxy provider. Its role is to support the listed proxy protocols within account operations. Account creation email choices are covered separately at /guides/osrs-account-creation-and-hosted-webmail.

Connect accounts through an agent

The Kovex agent provides launch and control from a Windows or Linux machine. On Windows, download Kovex.exe from Agent Setup and paste the agent key when shown. The key is displayed once. Linux setup instructions are available at /docs.

Windows supports RuneLite, DreamBot, TRiBot, InuBot, EpicBot, Detuks, and TwiLite. Linux supports RuneLite and DreamBot. New profiles default to TwiLite. Visit /guides/runelite-twilite-dreambot-with-kovex for client and platform guidance.

Read tracker and live account data

Kovex can surface running accounts, levels, quest points, GP, and screenshots. The tracker is included with Free, while Standard and Premium add the live feed for current operational visibility.

The /live page displays your own bots. This keeps the view focused on the accounts and agents associated with your operation. Use the feed to understand current status without relying on a manual page refresh for each account.

Combine visibility with agent capacity

Automation concurrency is configured per agent. Two agents configured for 12 concurrent accounts each provide total capacity for 24 accounts. Live information can then help you review the accounts running across those connected agents.
